Quality Accredited Providers

Combining the disciplines of Compliance Accreditation with an additional focus on the guest experience, Quality Accreditation requires an ISAAP Quality Assessment Consultant to stay at the provider’s property and to measure the quality standards from the point to the guest making a booking to the point of post-departure.

ISAAP will need to experience a sample of the provider’s accommodation units across their inventory, and the assessment process, involving over 200 quality considerations, will deliver a Quality Score, which must at least meet the preset acceptance standard.

Quality Accreditation verifies that the company has achieved the necessary Quality Score and met the ISAAP Compliance Accreditation standard.

The accreditation is renewable annually, though was discontinued as an option at the end of 2020.
